A Spring Surprise in Garden

When I went out of the house to get the mail this afternoon-Wow a total surprise

I had been noticing a lot more green in these perennial areas-but was not expecting to see blooms.-Had me smiling.

Looking at the forecast wow an 80F degree day and a couple70F degree days next week  cool nights though and several days of more normal-50's and 60's for highs.  Took me a long time to get used to the up and down weather when we first moved to Missouri to retire.

 Happy new week ahead

  2. Aw Kathy your photo of the daffodils made my heart skip a beat. They look beautiful and I am so happy spring is showing up for you. I too was thrilled when I saw a snowdrop and crocus blooming. It may be a couple more weeks before our daffodils bloom. So happy to see yours. Take care friend and yes have a happy new week. Hugs!

  9. Oh I love daffodils. I wish they would sell them over here. But next year (or this autumn) I will endeavor to buy bulbs and I'll plant them in pots on my patio. Watch this space.
Thank you for visiting my blog.
Have a great rest of the week.

  10. Blooming flowers are such a wonderful sight at the end of winter. Our daffodils are already gone. My French Lilac is starting to bloom now.

  11. I was busy over the weekend so I missed this post. But how exciting. Daffodils are a favorite, and these scream spring. Lucky you Kathy to have them blooming in March.
